ARE THE MIA NEWSLETTERS GETTING THROUGH TO YOU?

MIA use a good spam filter, and you probably do the same.

We have whitelisted you and that means that we will receive all the emails you send to us.

We would appreciate it if you would whitelist our email address: webmaster@mia-uk.org in your spam filter.

I hope that you will whitelist me, so we can continue to communicate safely via email in the future. If your MIA Online mail is being blocked, you can request that your mail administrator (at work) or Internet Service Provider (ISP) (at home) add the domains to their "white list." To do so, you must provide them with all of the necessary information.

The following is a sample letter you could send your ISP or mail administrator to ask them to remove the MIA Online block.

Draft Message to Your ISP or Mail Administrator

Subject: Remove MIA Newsletter Block

I understand that you have spam filters in place to protect users like myself from unsolicited email; however, this blacklist has made it impossible for me to receive newsletters, announcements, and promotions that I have subscribed to receive. I value these communications and would like to receive them using this email address.

The sender of these emails uses an email marketing service called iSmart. iSmart is not an open relay and has extremely strict anti-spam policies in place. Because you block emails from iSmart I am unable to receive these communications.

I ask that you remove the block on MIA mail, or add them to your white list.  For further information you may contact - webmaster@mia-uk.org
